**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct comprehensive analyses of project requirements, including technical specifications, drawings, and CAD designs, to determine the scope of work and associated costs.
* Evaluate and quantify the resources required for a project, including materials, equipment, and labor, considering factors such as quantity, quality, and availability.
* Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes and pricing information for materials and services, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
* Utilize specialized software and tools to develop detailed cost estimates, considering factors such as labor rates, overhead costs, and project timelines.
* Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project costs, such as market fluctuations, regulatory changes, or unforeseen technical challenges, and incorporate risk mitigation strategies into cost estimates.
* Prepare clear and concise cost estimates, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders, clients, and project teams, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all communications.

**Requirements:**

* Diploma or degree in a related field is an advantage.
* At least 3-5 years cost estimation experience.
* Computer literacy essential.
* Proven experience in cost estimation, preferably in a relevant industry such as POS.
* Proficient in using CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
