The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in food retail, including managing fresh, packaged, and prepared food sections.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, ensuring high product quality, and maintaining strong operational management skills. They should have expertise in food safety compliance and customer service excellence, as well as analytical and detail-oriented leadership skills to inspire and manage a team.

A minimum of Matric/Grade 12 and relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications in food safety will be advantageous. Candidates must also have their own reliable transport. This role is designated for Employment Equity (EE), and African Black candidates are encouraged to apply in line with our commitment to achieving diversity and inclusion goals.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic, customer-centric team. As an Executive Grocery Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Leading and managing a team of grocery sales leaders to achieve sales targets
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Managing inventory, stock levels, and supply chain operations

Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum. A competitive salary package that includes benefits such as medical aid, retirement funding, and paid annual leave will be offered to the successful candidate.
