Job Title: Sales Consultant

At Tower Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling Tidy Files Solutions to various sectors, including Government, Corporate, and Dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach company set targets and sell Tidy Files Solutions to clients.
  • Provide purpose-fit solutions to clients through an in-depth understanding of their needs.
  • Engage with clients on a regular basis to maintain sound relationships.
  • Act as the primary contact between clients and Tidy Files for purposes of negotiating prices, providing customized solutions, and resolving issues.
  • Stay abreast of changing market and competitor trends and inform the General Manager/Sales Manager/Branch Manager accordingly.
  • Maintain a current and updated database on all clients in your portfolio.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative office responsibilities.
  • Keep informed of legislative requirements pertaining to document and records management.
  • Develop Call Cycle Plans as agreed with the General Manager/Sales Manager/Branch Manager to leverage new opportunities and ensure customer retention.
  • Report pipeline management to the General Manager/Sales Manager/Branch Manager on a weekly basis.
  • Complete Daily Activity Reports and comply with the required number of client visits.
  • Assist in monitoring that clients' payments are processed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Management.
  • 4-8 years' experience in the sales environment.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Read, Write, and Speak English.
  • Basic Mathematics.
  • Product knowledge.
  • Proper time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network.
  • Customer Relations Building.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Must have business acumen and be able to communicate with senior to top management levels.
  • Must be prepared to travel between sites/clients.
  • Must be highly computer literate.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
  • Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Must have excellent track record in delivering high-level sales presentations.
  • Must have excellent track record in meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
