Key Responsibilities
  • Provide deep technical expertise to customers to advance adoption of AWS products.
  • Collaborate with specialist, sales, marketing, and products teams to ideate around customer business problems.
  • Lead architectural reviews and workshops to advance customer technical objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to line of business and C-suite leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries, as well as experience in Contact Center Technologies/CCaaS, or building integrations across WFM, CRM, and other contact centre solutions. They should also have Amazon Connect Experience, Amazon Connect Certification/Badges, and a history of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.
