Reception and Administrative Support Specialist

Pele Energy Group is seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Main Responsibilities- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Front Desk Operations: Oversee the management of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and packages.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment by following safety procedures and controlling access to the office.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet skills.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in call-centre, customer service, hospitality industry, or receptionist role is essential.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent telephone and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
