We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to join our team at Saint-Gobain Cristaleria, SL. As a Payroll and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless administration of employee benefits across Sub-Saharan Africa. This includes coordinating all company benefit administration activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of new employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations, and overseeing disability processes and maternity leave administration.
Key responsibilities of this role include organizing wellness programs and benefit presentations for employees and new joiners, reconciling monthly medical scheme billings and other benefits with payroll, maintaining accurate personnel and benefits records in the HRIS system, and supporting the implementation of benefits across the region. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling invoicing for the Reward and Benefits team.
Requirements for this role include a relevant degree in Commerce, HR, or a related field, and a minimum of three years' experience in benefits administration. Advanced computer literacy, particularly in HR systems, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint, is also necessary for this position.
