The Bay Hotel, situated in a breathtaking coastal location, is seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join its team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will involve supporting the hotel's administrative functions, including scheduling, communication management, meeting organization, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks.

To be successful in this position, you will require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role or field of experience.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to work under pressure.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
