Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Bid Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in bid submissions, preparation of pre-qualification documents, and invitations to tenders, preferably in the construction/engineering consultancy or design sector.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work on bid submissions for high-profile multidisciplinary projects in the Middle East and Europe while maintaining an exemplary level of quality, organization, coordination, and communication skills.

Requirements
  • Solid understanding of bid writing, design, and coordination of multidisciplinary engineering projects
  • Previous experience working with an engineering consultant or architectural design firm
  • Able to take a brief from the project lead and deliver and control the tasks required
  • Confident in using all aspects of Microsoft Office Essential
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign Preferred
