Financial Recovery Coordinator

AECI Limited seeks a Financial Recovery Coordinator to support our financial operations team.
Job Requirements:The ideal candidate will have experience in managing debt recovery, customer account reconciliation, and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing debt recovery activities to ensure timely payments from customers.
- Reconciling customer accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
- Allocating deposits from bank statements to respective customer accounts.
- Reviewing and maintaining credit limits for new and existing customers.
- Processing credit applications for new terms accounts and COD accounts in Syspro.
- Ensuring that credit limits are reviewed annually.
- Performing debt collection responsibilities.
- Attending to customer account queries.
- Prioritizing tasks in order of priority.
- Communicating regularly with management regarding debtor concerns.
- Preparing weekly debtors outstanding reports.
- Conducting daily cash receivable forecasting.
- Printing debtor invoices and statements.
- Processing standard month end transactions and reconciliations relating to debtors accounts.
- Assisting with the management of internal control structures.
- Participating in external year end audits and internal audits.
