Life Insurance Process Expert

BetterSure Financial Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Claims Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our insurance claims processing team, you will be responsible for coordinating the claims handling process, ensuring that all claims are processed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with clients and beneficiaries. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Capture claims information accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the claims management system.
- Communicate with clients and beneficiaries to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in life insurance claims processing or a related role.
- A tertiary qualification in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in life insurance or claims processing are preferred.
