We are looking for a talented Sales Director to join our team at Network International. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of experienced sales professionals.

About the Role

The Sales Director will have overall responsibility for developing and executing sales strategies that deliver revenue growth and exceed customer expectations. You will lead a team of sales consultants who have extensive experience selling top nutritional brands and possess excellent sales management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities
  • Conduct performance reviews, set targets, and develop action plans to improve sales performance
  • Analyse market trends and develop strategies to grow the product brand into the UK market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of sales leadership and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing)
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management, preferably in the nutritional industry
  • Experience running a profitable sales team and conducting performance reviews
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse market trends and develop strategies
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
