The ideal leader will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven Contact Centre Operations experience at management level, with a track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Candidates must have international experience to be considered, with a deep understanding of the luxury cruise industry
  • Expertise in reservations systems, CRM tools, and advanced phone technology, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends
  • Adaptability and hands-on approach in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic and ever-changing landscape
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to mentor diverse teams, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving collaboration
