Job Summary

Ares Holdings is seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to spearhead the customer experience and drive operational excellence in their rapidly expanding distributor team.

About the Role

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the customer service team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers across various channels. Your expertise will focus on streamlining processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new accounts, set up customer portals, configure reporting, and conduct CS training.
  • SAP Management: Oversee SAP B1 & DTW operations, including BP maintenance, account setup, VAS management, and WHS location management.
  • Operational Order Book Management: Manage and set up shipping order books, track inventory, and optimize logistics.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent losses and ensure business continuity.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and manage KPIs to drive customer-centricity, lead the CS team by example, and foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience (3-5 years) in a similar role.
  • Experience with SAP B1 & DTW operations, Reporting Specialist, Process Automation, or similar technical skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team, drive customer satisfaction, and prioritize tasks effectively.
