The Chemist / Supervisor will report to the Section Manager and will be responsible for supervising laboratory staff, maintaining laboratory records, and performing administrative tasks such as preparing reports and managing inventory. They will also be involved in training new staff members and participating in quality assurance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry and a minimum of 3 years experience in a chemical laboratory setting. They will also have a good understanding of laboratory quality management systems and be able to identify and troubleshoot problems related to laboratory equipment and processes. Furthermore, they will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
