Job Title: Dermatology Sales Professional

MNA Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Dermatology Sales Professional to promote our Dermatology products to Doctors and Specialists within the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

Job Purpose:
  • Responsible for detailing doctors and promoting products.
  • Responsible for planning and promoting the products as given by the company to achieve your sales target within your region.
Key Job Functions:
  • Liaise and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
  • Selling and promoting against sales targets and achieving territory plan objectives.
  • Implementation and execution of value-added programs across territory, CMEs.
  • Territory management and developing a routine call cycle for all customers within the allocated territory.
  • Building relationships with target customers to enhance product knowledge and gain product endorsement to generate sales.
  • Ensuring all target customers are fully informed of the product range, correct product application/dosages by means of regular trainings and one-on-one detailing.
  • General administration: consolidating monthly expenses, weekly call planner, and feedback on infield activities to Regional sales Manager.
  • Traveling to defined geographies to promote products.
  • Identifying and establishing new businesses in your area.
  • Monitoring and analyzing data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
  • Meeting both the business and scientific needs of the healthcare professional.
  • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Reviewing sales performance in monthly reviews and presenting territory.
  • Attending company meetings, technical data presentation, and briefings.
  • Exposure to new launches and effectively executing it.
Requirements:
  • Matric/Grade 12.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Science/Sales and Marketing or Business.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of Healthcare/Pharmaceutical experience in Dermatology.
  • Strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Computer literate.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
