About the Role:

  • Assess each client's unique needs and transform their travel dreams into reality.
  • Craft and coordinate custom journeys that meet exacting standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and navigate client complaints and emergencies with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Quote and secure all services with precision, handling reservations and documentation on Tourplan.
  • Maintain constant communication with suppliers, agents, and tour guides to ensure every detail meets expectations.
  • Manage meet and greets, travel confirmations, and address inquiries swiftly.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in FIT tailor-made tour consulting within the tour operating industry.
  • MATRIC/Grade 12 is essential; a Travel & Tourism qualification is a definite plus.
  • Preferably, you have hands-on experience with Tourplan and a deep understanding of South Africa's vibrant geography.
