We are seeking a Travel Experience Designer to join our team at Innovation Advance. As a Sports Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional journeys that cater to the diverse needs of our clients in the sports and events sector.

The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate plus a Travel & Tourism qualification and minimum 3–5 years' experience in the tourism industry (both inbound and outbound). Proficiency in Tourplan is essential, and solid knowledge of Marathon World is a must.

In this role, you will create and manage customized travel itineraries for both B2B and B2C markets, quote and reserve services using tools like Tourplan, and contribute to product development by keeping our offerings current and competitively costed.

You will also assess and respond to client or agent needs promptly, manage reservations, documentation, and communication throughout the travel process, and oversee flight bookings and address client queries.

Key skills and qualifications include outstanding client care and relationship management skills, detail-oriented analytical abilities, and a proactive innovative and resilient approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
