Role Summary
This is a senior leadership role within our ENT Division, reporting directly to the Business Unit Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in South Africa, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence in the local market.
Your Background
We're seeking an experienced sales leader who has a proven track record in growing sales and revenue in the life sciences and medical devices industries. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least 8 years of post-qualification sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in medical device/pharma sales. Theatre experience is essential, and a minimum of 4 years of sales management experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field is necessary.
