Job Title: Help Desk Administrator

Join AFMS Group as a Help Desk Administrator and take on a challenging role that combines administrative services, help desk support, and reception duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain administrative services, including typing, filing, and data entry.
  • Provide help desk support, processing work orders and facilitating client requests.
  • Assist with reception duties, including answering phone calls and receiving clients.
  • Control and maintain stock, monitoring levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Process invoices, sorting and checking supplier invoices, and ensuring accuracy.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain administrative services, including maintaining services allocated to you according to SOPs.
  • Provide typing and document preparation services, including taking minutes and maintaining current filing systems.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
