Job Title: Chocolatier

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Chocolatier to join our team at Business Capital Group. As a Chocolatier, you will be responsible for developing innovative recipes that showcase exquisite flavors, while considering dietary preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new recipes that meet our high standards of quality and taste.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that recipe and menu development is done in a collaborative way, with the best possible output.
  • Provide input on recipe costings and design as needed.
  • Measure customer satisfaction through feedback scores, guest reviews, and repeat business.
  • Ensure that recipes are properly costed and kept up to date with any changes, and portioning adheres to these costings.
  • Prepare component items sufficiently in advance, including equipment, consumables, or ingredients.
  • Store items correctly and ensure that they are properly labelled.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for chocolate and a keen eye for detail. You should be able to work well in a team and have excellent communication skills. A background in culinary arts or a related field would be an asset.
