Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with suppliers through interaction and dealings.
  • Promotion and Price Setting: Identify lines for promotions & price setting in accordance with market pricing.
  • Promotions, Marketing, and Demonstrations: Develop and execute effective promotional strategies, including marketing and demonstrations.
  • People Management: Lead and manage teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Finance Control: Manage store finances effectively, ensuring control and efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
