Job Summary:

We are looking for an Administrative Vendor Specialist to join our team at DSV. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening new vendor accounts, maintaining existing ones, and ensuring that all vendor data is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to vendor queries and internal requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Update and maintain vendor master data, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete.

• Open new vendor accounts and vet new vendors according to company policy and procedures.

• Review vendor applications and ensure they are completed correctly.

• Provide timely feedback to internal customers.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager.

About the Role:

As an Administrative Vendor Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our vendor data. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that all vendor information is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in vendor management and data maintenance.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP MDG.
