Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue and Profitability: Achieve the region's revenue and profitability targets.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, induction, performance management, and growth and development to motivate, engage, and retain staff.
  • Mentorship: Provide quality mentorship for TSRs, upholding the company's values.
  • Selling Activities Management: Direct the region's selling activities, including resource deployment and customer interactions.
  • Forecasting and Sales Tracking: Responsible for the region's forecasting and sales tracking.
  • Vision Setting and Business Planning: Set the vision for the region and develop and adhere to a business plan to attain this vision.
  • Market Trend Evaluation: Evaluate market trends, gather competitive information, and identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
  • Decision Making: Analyze information and evaluate results to make the best decisions in solving problems and providing direction, support, and assistance to the region.
  • Task Efficiency: Develop specific plans and goals to accomplish tasks efficiently.
  • Team Spirit: Encourage and build team spirit among staff, fostering mutual respect and cooperation.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and exploit new opportunities to benefit the company.
Requirements:
  • General fertilizer knowledge.
  • Plant and animal nutrition expertise.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of the agriculture industry or similar (e.g., forestry).
  • Staff and relationship management skills.
  • Business development skills.
