Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise subordinate staff in accordance with approved principles and practices.
  • Ensure that various services, including applications, requests, and submissions, complaints, and queries handling service, referrals, feedback to customers, and general information are provided efficiently.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the centre is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Assist the Senior Customer Care Officer in respect of the preparation of departmental budgets, attendance at meetings, and liaison with staff from other departments in the resolution of problems/queries raised by Customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) and an Administrative Certificate.
  • Valid motor vehicle driving license.
  • 3 Years relevant experience.
  • Computer Literacy.
