Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to fill the role of RX Representative. This exciting opportunity provides an excellent entry-point for recent graduates with a passion for healthcare, pharmacology, and sales. Main Responsibilities

  1. Promote and sell prescription medications to healthcare professionals, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with doctors and pharmacists.
  2. Educate HCPs on product benefits, indications, and proper usage, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions.
  3. Achieve sales targets and grow market share in the assigned territory by effectively analyzing competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs.
  4. Stay up-to-date with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical sales practices, ensuring compliance at all times.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, providing valuable insights for future growth and development.
  6. Travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required, representing our agency with professionalism and expertise.

Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree in Medical Sciences, Pharmacy (BPharm), Biology, or a related field.
  2. No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
  3. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport are essential due to the nature of the position.
  4. Willingness to commit to a three-year work-back agreement, demonstrating long-term dedication to our agency and the pharmaceutical industry.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
