We are seeking a skilled and organized Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our client's private household in Hout Bay/Constantia area of Cape Town. This is a 6-month part-time position requiring 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an administrative assistant with experience in running errands, doing admin tasks, and providing general assistant services. You will be responsible for managing daily tasks, maintaining organizational systems, and ensuring seamless operations in the household.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Running errands and performing tasks as assigned
  • Managing administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Providing general assistant services, including meal preparation and household maintenance

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license and proficiency in MS Office are essential requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a part-time position with flexibility and autonomy. The salary for this role is estimated to be around R10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
