Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to achieve company targets, creating engaging marketing content, and conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company targets
- Create engaging marketing content to attract suitable clientele
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Represent the company at various exhibition events, trade shows, and networking events
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing clients
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- A tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage
- 2 – 3 years experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- The ability to work independently and attend weekly team meetings and bi-weekly meetings
