As the Head of Investor Relations and Deal Sourcing, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals and institutions in the Western Cape, as well as sourcing deals and providing transaction structuring input and guidance to our investment teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Development: Develop and maintain a strong network of high net worth individuals and institutions in the Western Cape, with a focus on building relationships of trust.
  • Deal Sourcing: Identify and source potential deals that align with Lexdan Select's investment strategy.
  • Transaction Structuring: Provide expert input and guidance to our investment teams on transaction structuring, ensuring that deals are structured in a manner that is most desirable to clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Investment, or a related field.
  • Professional Certifications: Completed CFA, CA (SA), or BCom (Hons) degree.
  • Skills and Experience: Proven ability to build an origination strategy from the ground up and execute, with a strong understanding of the investment industry and market trends.
