The ideal candidate will be the key point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team. They will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical sales and a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
The successful candidate will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to function independently without supervision as well as part of a team. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts are essential for this role.
We are looking for someone who is eager to expand our client's business with new sales, clients, and territories. The ideal candidate will be able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell the company's products to walk-in customers
- Manage and control all stock movement
- Liaise with dispatch and ensure deliveries are made on time and to customer expectation
- Handle and process orders telephonically
- Create invoices
- Handle quotes on the CRM system
Remuneration is negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications. Work hours are Monday - Friday: 07:30 - 17:00 and Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00. If you are a motivated and result-driven individual, please apply via the Ditto Jobs platform.
