About the Role

As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the flow of manufacturing jobs and projects through the complete manufacturing cycle. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely delivery, production efficiency, and accurate reporting to improve internal control and establish proactive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements production plans in collaboration with operations management
  • Coordinates and schedules production activities to improve production times and meet customer demands
  • Releases manufacturing work orders and executes daily materials requirement planning (MRP) to create and manage production
  • Monitors the execution of the production plan and resolves any potential issues in a timely fashion
  • Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong background in operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of using production planning systems and software. Familiarity with MRP and Syspro is highly desirable.

Skills and Qualifications

A successful candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work well independently and in a team under pressure. They should also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and deadline-driven results.
