Automotive Parts Sales Manager

Remuneration: R – R performance-based incentives + standard benefits
This role involves selling parts, overseeing staff, driving sales and managing inventory. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, have a strong knowledge in Part Sales, possess good leadership skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales of Car Parts: Generate revenue by selling automotive parts to customers.
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting sales targets.
- Lead and Supervise Staff: Mentor and guide team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Experience and Determination: Drive sales growth by leveraging experience and determination to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Drive Customer Engagement and Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and Manage Inventory Levels: Optimize stock availability by monitoring and managing inventory levels.
- Foster Relationships with Customers and Suppliers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless business operations.
- Ensure Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a compliant and efficient work environment.
- Proven Parts Sales Experience: Possess proven experience in automotive parts sales at dealership level.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrate a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Inventory Management and Stock Control: Have experience in inventory management and stock control.
- Managerial Acumen: Possess strong managerial skills, including leadership and supervision.
