We are seeking a Service Desk Manager to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our service desk, including responding to incidents, problems, and changes, as well as providing technical guidance to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical guidance.
Requirements
  • South African citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • Deep ITSM knowledge and AGILE Project Management expertise.
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and component relationships.
  • Clean credit record and no criminal history.
  • ITIL certification and process knowledge.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in operations.
