Position: Front Desk Administrator / Personal Assistant

Location: Sandton (initially), moving to Kempton Park

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Front Desk Administrator / Personal Assistant to join a corporate advisory team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, corporate advisory or professional services environment, providing executive support, managing front desk operations, and assisting with various administrative functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, ensure security protocols are followed, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
  2. Executive Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel and accommodations.
  3. Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, prepare documents and reports, handle data entry, and maintain filing systems.
  4. Office Coordination: Monitor and order office supplies, assist with basic accounting (invoicing and expenses), and ensure the office is organized and well-maintained.
  5. Communication: Handle incoming emails and correspondence, directing queries as needed.
  6. Customer Service: Address inquiries, provide refreshments, and assist visitors or staff with any requests in a professional manner.
  7. Event Assistance: Help organize internal and external events and meetings, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a corporate advisory firm or similar professional services environment (e.g., legal, consulting, finance, etc.), with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Corporate Communications, or related fields.
