Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Fraud Prevention Manager to join our team at Telebest.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for minimizing fraud losses and ensuring productivity is optimized through hands-on management of your team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize fraud losses and ensure compliance with target ranges.
  • Monitor live queues to guarantee that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for each fraud function are met.
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of best practices within the team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure all staff are trained and skilled in fraud risk management.
  • Manage employee performance, ensuring continuous communication, feedback, motivation, and adherence to company behaviors.
  • Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service, including handling compliments and complaints.
  • Prepare and present accurate reports on team performance at weekly operational review meetings.
  • Educate the team on company policies and procedures, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly targets for Prevention, Detection, Resolution, and Inbound activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum matriculation certificate required.
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader in a financial services environment is essential.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members is mandatory.
  • A background in fraud management within financial services is desirable.

Benefits and Compensation:

Telebest offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This figure is based on industry standards and market rates for similar positions in the area. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
