Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of engaging culture initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with our Talent Leadership & Internal Communications team to deliver associate engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Work with our DEIB leads to design and facilitate diversity, inclusion, and belonging experiences.
  • Design onboarding initiatives to assimilate new hires and acquired associates into our company culture.
  • Develop and oversee the design of recognition programs that leverage intrinsic and extrinsic motivators.
  • Drive initiatives to activate and promote our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract top talent and retain employees.
  • Partner with local HR teams to ensure global initiatives meet local requirements.

About You

  • 6-8 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, diversity, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Strong execution and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience in HRIS/employee platforms and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
