  • Drive VCA engagements and business development.
  • Identify opportunities for Consulting assignments with Visa Clients.
  • Develop engagement pitches and in coordination with Account Executives secure new Consulting assignments with clients.
  • Deliver consulting engagements, including managing a team of consultants, resolving complex strategic problems, synthesizing recommendations, preparing and delivering client presentations, and managing complex project structures.
  • Work closely with other VISA groups, including Product, Marketing, etc., to ensure a seamless client Consulting experience.
  • Liaise with VISA functional teams (Finance, Audit, Legal, Tax, Sourcing) to define and implement processes to optimize the daily engagement of vendors and the relationships with clients.
  • Develop and scale VCA offering, including leveraging own experience and the experience of the wider VCA and Visa team to develop and improve VCA offering.
  • Work closely with global experts within and outside Visa bringing in global expertise into the region.
  • Grow network of partners in the region and globally and leverage them to enrich Visa offering.
  • Develop Visa Consulting & Analytics thought leadership material.
Qualifications

A well-qualified candidate will have broad and deep expertise in Payments Consulting across multiple areas of focus.

Key elements to assess his or her candidacy will include expertise on the following topics:

  • Business needs of issuers, acquirers, and merchants in Portfolio, Digital, and Risk e.g., strategy, acquisition, customers and channels full potential, innovation, mobile platforms, digital ecosystems, authorization, etc.
  • Best practices to meet customer needs across the customer lifecycle stages (acquisition, activation, usage, reactivation, and retention).
  • Industry trends, such as evolving economics of payments, new customer value propositions, increasing digitalization and development of digital channels, increasing use of advanced analytics and other technologies in payments and targeting, changing regulatory environment, etc.
