Key Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner at New World Personnel Consultants, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic guidance on HR-related matters to management and business leaders

• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and processes that align with the company's goals and objectives

• Conducting training needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop learning interventions to address them

• Analyzing various people statistics and making recommendations on interventions to rectify any out-of-line factors

• Maintaining strict confidentiality at all levels and times

• Supporting payroll by capturing/loading new employees on the HR system

• Preparing various letters, arranging meetings, coordinating functions or events, ordering and controlling stationery

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in generalist HR roles, including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Talent Management, Organisational Effectiveness/Development, HR Governance, Learning & Development, HR Analytics, Administration, and HR Projects. Knowledge and understanding of all South African labour legislation, as well as CCMA practice, are essential.
