We are seeking a Senior Paid Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team at Webrepublic (Pty) Ltd in South Africa. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starting individual with a passion for digital media strategies, sports marketing, and innovation to work with leading global brands and sports rights holders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid digital marketing campaigns across social media, display, and search channels to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver maximum ROI.
  • Create campaign reports and dashboards to measure performance and inform future strategy.
  • Oversee analytics and tracking to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop media plans aligned with campaign goals and objectives.
  • Create creative briefings for assets and messaging to support campaign strategy.
  • Deploy campaigns across relevant channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Implement ad innovation and effective campaign measures to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • A National Diploma, Higher Certificate or Bachelor Degree in a relevant field (economics, marketing, communications, media, or related sectors).
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing execution, strategy, and media planning.
  • A proven track record of 2 years minimum in project management and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of tools like META Business Manager, Google Ad Manager, Google Campaign Manager 360, Sprinklr, GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Data-driven thinking and analytical skills to comprehend target audience definition and successful campaign execution.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a self-starter personality.
  • Passion for the sports and entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
