Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Management Specialist to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions. As a key member of our account team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the account team in developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Assist in the organization of customer visits and negotiations.
  • Identify customer needs and provide information to support contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate communication and interfaces with customers at various levels.
  • Support the account team in meeting revenue and share goals within assigned accounts.
  • Act as a champion for the voice of the customer within the business.
  • Support projects to improve customer relationships and customer value, and to grow the business with assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

A college or university degree in technical support, sales, or a related subject, or an acceptable combination of education and 5+ years of experience in the technical field is required. This position may also require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
