We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dynamic team at Profile Personnel.


Key Responsibilities:


Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:



  • Managing and processing financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinating with suppliers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or queries
  • Preparing and submitting financial reports to the Finance Manager
  • Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
  • Providing effective communication and support to the team and other departments

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Post-matric qualification in Accounting/Finance (advantageous)
  • A valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Experience with Pastel Evolution (desirable)
