Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Specialist to join our team at flex_wind. As a key member of our commercial and project coordination team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initial contact to project delivery.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating the commercial process, managing projects, and maintaining effective communication with clients, sales teams, and project teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

In this role, you will assist the Managing Director and Project Manager in managing sales inquiries, completing sales orders and client requests, and preparing sales proposals and tender documents. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the finance team on project invoicing and payment tracking, as well as managing purchase orders and ensuring accuracy in documentation and pricing.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field and 2-4 years of experience in a commercial or project coordination role. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Managing Director and Project Manager in managing sales inquiries from initial contact to project fulfillment.
  2. Timeous completion of sales orders and client requests.
  3. Timeous and accurate completion of client proposals.
  4. Completion of tender documents as per the tender specification and requirements.
  5. Completion of vendor applications.
  6. Search for new prospects to tender.
  7. Distribute sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to potential Clients.
  8. Maintain the customer database (CRM), and register ensuring all client interactions are recorded.
  9. Monitor sales progress and follow up with potential clients to ensure timely responses.
  10. Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials for the Managing Director.
  11. Coordinate with the finance team on project invoicing and payment tracking.
  12. Manage purchase orders and ensure accuracy in documentation and pricing.
  13. Efficiency in sales pipeline management.

We offer a competitive market-related salary, ranging between $60,000 and $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
