The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of post-article experience in commercial litigation, with a strong understanding of High Court processes and Commercial Arbitration rules. You should also have excellent drafting skills, with the ability to produce high-quality legal opinions, pleadings, and other documents. In addition, you should be well-organised, conscientious, and willing to work extended hours when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle commercial litigation cases with expertise and professionalism
* Conduct research and analysis on complex legal issues
* Draft high-quality legal opinions, pleadings, and other documents
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Maintain accurate records and files

Requirements:
* 1-2 years of post-article experience in commercial litigation
