Job Summary:

The Strategic Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent qualification;
  • At least 5 years of experience in Bargaining Council/CCMA and/or HR Management;
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in English;
  • A strong analytical mind and problem-solving ability;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from R800,000 to R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement fund, and annual leave.
