Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine stock requirements based on sales trends and customer demand.
  • Draw up stock rotation plans to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Evaluate product quality on shelves, including vintage items, and suggest improvements.
  • Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief, focusing on visual displays and product arrangement.
  • Respond to customer complaints, queries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Accurately record merchandising activities, including sales data and customer feedback.
  • Participate in calls as per call cycle, collaborating with teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide recommendations to RSMs on out-of-stock products, suggesting alternative solutions.
Requirements
  • Aged between 18 and 28 years old.
  • Grade 12 qualification with Mathematics and English passed.
