HR Genie is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support the CEO in driving the company's mission to promote sustainable resource management and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize the CEOs calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, and ensuring efficient time management by coordinating complex schedules and itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring the CEO has all necessary materials and information in advance, utilizing strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, while handling ad hoc tasks and special projects as required.
  • Support project coordination by assisting with task tracking, deadlines, and communications with team members, utilizing proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with scheduling and document management tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate the CEOs needs and act independently, possessing a high level of discretion and integrity, capable of handling confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or environmental solutions setting.

This role offers an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
