Corporate Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Corporate Recruitment Coordinator to join our People & Culture team at The Legends Agency. This role is responsible for supporting the recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders, and providing exceptional candidate care.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with the agency to source top talent, manage job postings, and coordinate all aspects of the hiring process. This includes:
- Managing the daily updating of HR systems, including data entry and documentation filing;
- Preparing and placing job descriptions on the company website and associated advertising platforms;
- Liaising with agencies as the main point of contact for coordinating vacancies, providing timely and accurate information;
- Screening applications, arranging calls and interviews, and logging all applicants in a recruitment tracker for ongoing review;
- Maintaining the dedicated People inbox, addressing initial candidate and staff queries, and delegating tasks to team members as necessary;
- Supporting colleagues throughout the search, selection, and placement process, assisting with candidate care from application to feedback stage;
- Coordinating new starter onboarding by making welcome calls, scheduling induction sessions, and providing support during the transition period;
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience within a corporate office-based environment working to deadlines;
- Demonstrable customer and colleague support experience in a similarly focused environment;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS;
- An appreciation of confidentiality and data security principles;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including building relationships, maintaining confidentiality, and engaging with staff at various levels;
- Proven ability to work effectively across multiple priorities, with competing deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail;
This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits that include:
