We're looking for a highly skilled ABM & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a marketing business ourselves, we understand the importance of high-quality lead generation. Your expertise in creating targeted lead lists, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and nurture sequences will be crucial in ensuring the quality and relevance of leads before outreach and continually optimizing campaigns for performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Research and build high-quality, targeted prospect lists that align with our ideal customer profile
* Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly.ai, and other data platforms to identify potential leads
* Write compelling, brand-aligned email copy tailored to each audience segment
* Manage outreach campaigns through tools like HubSpot, Instantly.ai, or similar platforms
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for open rates, response rates, and conversions
* Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to engage with prospects meaningfully
* Craft personalized connection requests, messages, and follow-ups
* Design and implement automated and manual nurture sequences to move leads through the sales funnel
* Regularly review and refine sequences based on engagement metrics

Requirements:
* Proven experience in ABM, lead generation, or similar roles within a B2B environment
