The Legends Agency seeks a skilled Internal Sales Processor Specialist to join our team in Montague Gardens, providing exceptional customer service and interacting closely with customers.

About the Role

We are looking for a mature and experienced individual who can assist with sales and stock processing operations, utilizing Pastel Evolution to capture picking slips and delivery notes accurately. The ideal candidate resides nearby, has their own transport, and demonstrates a willingness to learn and contribute to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders received via WhatsApp, email, and telephone, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

  • Customer Interaction:

    • Assist approved distributors who visit the office, understanding and managing individual customer preferences, likes, and dislikes.

    • Provide a friendly and professional customer service experience, building strong relationships with customers.

  • Administrative Duties:

    • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.

    • Support the reception area in collaboration with another team member, Patricia, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

  • Stock Management:

    • Participate in monthly stocktakes and assist with stock management tasks as required, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Pricing and Discounts:

    • Navigate and manage the complex pricing structure in Pastel, with individual discount settings for customers already loaded, ensuring accurate and timely pricing.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-7 years of solid office experience, ideally in a similar role.

  • Min Grade 12

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Pastel Evolution is highly preferred.

  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage customer relationships effectively.

  • Work Ethic:

    • Must not be a 'clock watcher' but rather someone proactive and dedicated.

    • Ability to maintain focus and avoid distractions, such as excessive personal phone use during working hours.

    • Willingness to follow company guidelines regarding cell phone usage.

  • Location: Resides near Montague Gardens with own transport to ensure punctuality.

Working Hours and Benefits

  • Hours: 08h00 - 16h30 with a 30-minute lunch break.

  • Leave and Public Holidays: Office closure during December and all public holidays.

  • Supportive Environment: Opportunity for short breaks to attend to personal matters.

Salary: R15,000 per month
