Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct recruitment, selection, and appointment activities to attract and recruit the best talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies and other recruitment sources.
  • Design and facilitate new employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Industrial & Organisational Psychology / Human Resources or related is essential.
  • Registration with the SABPP will be advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of Labour Law and B-BBEE regulations.
  • Meticulous and high attention to detail.
  • Self-starter.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
