Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator Intern to support our project management team at Pronel Personnel. This one-year internship is designed for recent graduates with a formal qualification in project management, offering hands-on experience in project administration, coordination, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and reporting, utilizing MS Office tools effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports.
  • Update and maintain project databases and tracking tools, streamlining processes.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence using MS Office skills.
  • Support the coordination of resources, equipment, and project activities, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders as required, building strong relationships.
Requirements
  • Formal qualification in Project Management (certificate, diploma, or degree) and a proven track record of applying theoretical knowledge in practice.
  • Fully proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experienced in leveraging its capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work products.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating towards common goals.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in a project management environment, embracing new challenges.
